This study has been prepared to research whether the total qualty manegement of sports club on the European side of İstanbul is implemented and to see how much the clubs are aware of this implementations. During the research, it was studied on 50 volunteers such as the sports club facilities managers, human resources employees, secretaries and other employees. İn our research, a questionaire having 49 questions was applied and this questionaire used in order to measure Total quality management (TQM) was developed by Gürel (1998). During the study, demographic characteristics of people and their information about TQM were asked. Survey questions were on understanding of TQM and business outlook for quality of the ones who took part in. There are some people who said that they applied TQM so their education on TQM and how they applied were measured. The results of this study were evaluated in the SPSS environment and frequency analysis was conducted. At the end of the evaluation, it is understood that TQM was applied in only 8 of the sport clubs in european side of İstanbul.
