WBC, Neutrophyl and lymphocyt and haemodynamic responses to the Astrand and 3 Step tests have been studied in 28 male moderatelyfit subjects mean age was 20.2 (SD +/- 0.8) years, mean height was 178 cm (SD +/- 3), mean weight was 68.5 kg (SD +/- 5) and MaxVO 2 was 48.5 (SD +/- 6) ml/min/kg. After Astrand test WBC count have been observed, as mean values of % 30.19 (P=0.0001) respectively. Neutrophyl and lymphocyt counts of percent have been taken in to account. Neutrophyl count of percent have been found to decreased a mean value of % - 7.7 (P=0.0001). lymphocyte count of percent which increased a mean value of % 13.83 (P=0.0001). After 3 Step test WBC count have been observed, as mean values of % 53.4 (P=0.0001) has been found respectively. Neutrophyl counts of percent has been decreased mean of % - 13.23 ( P=0.0001) and lymphocyte counts of percent increased as a mean value of %20.5 (P=0.0001) after exercise test. To wards the end of Astrand Test, heart rate has been increased to a mean value of 149.2 / min. (SD +/- 13.5) from the pretest mean value of 66 / min. (SD +/-5) (P=0.0001). Systolic blood pressure has been increased a mean of % 31 (P=0.0001) and diastolic blood pressure decreased % 17 (P=0.002) at the end of the test. To wards the end of 3 Step Test, heart rate has been increased to a mean value of 178.4 /min. (SD +/- 12) from the pre test value of 67.4 (SD +/- 8) (P=0.0001). systolic blood pressure has been a mean value of % 36.6 ( P=0.0001),diastolic blood pressure has been decreased a mean value of % 24 (P=0.0002).
