Conflict is an inevitable consequence of working life because managers are in contact with group members and employees in every moment of it. Conflict means a disagreement between two or more persons, between groups or departments emanating from different perceptions and interests. The most important point is how managers deal with the conflicts and how they react against these conflicts. The strategies and methods managers use in the case of conflicts directly affect the success of them and their association. In this study we aim to determine which strategies sport clubs managers and trainers devise to finish these conflicts.
