At this study, it was aimed to investigate the effects of regular coenzym Q 10 and zinc (Zn) supplemantation on fatty acid and trace elements of wrestlers. At this study, 12-16 aged, 29 wrestlers which were choosed randomly, were participated gvolunteerly. Wrestlers were divided into 3 groups randomly. Group A was performed performed CoQ10 suplemantation and regular training, group B was performed Zinc supplemantation and regular training and the group C was only performed regular training. Data were saved on computer by using SPSS package programme. While One way ANOVA test was perfoprmed for comparements of groups, Tukey HSD test was performed for the source of difference between groups. Paired “t” test was performed for the comparement of intra groups. When the pre-post trace element values of group A was compared, meaningful difference was found at the Calcium (Ca) parametres. Meaningful difference was not found at the Magnesium (Mg), Phos phorus (P), Sodium (Na), Potassium (K) ve Iron (Fe) parametres (p>0,05). When the pre-post trace element values of group B was compared, meaningful difference was found at the Ca, Mg and P values (P<0,05). Meaningful difference was not found at the Na, K and Fe values (p>0,05). When the pre-post fatty acids values of group A was compared, meaningful difference was found at the LDL parametres.Meaningful difference was not found at the Trigliserit, Kolesterol and HDL parametres (p>0,05) When the pre-post fatty acids values of group B was compared, Meaningful difference was not found at the Trigliserit, Kolesterol, HDL and LDL parametres (p>0,05) As a result of the study, a monthly Q10 and zinc supplemantation had effect Additionally, it was showed that it had not got an important effect on trace elements and fatty acids. It was thought that this situation could occur because of athletes had enough level of these elements on their diets or conformity of mineral metabolism to a long term of training.
