The Examination of Job Satisfaction Levels of Box Coaches

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the job satisfaction levels of box trainers based on their educational status, profession groups and working time. The study group consisted of 126 (11 female, 115 male) boxing coaches. s a data collection tool The Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale (MSQ) was applied to the subjects. fter the data was expressed as descriptive statistics, independent sampling T-test, one-way Variance nalysis, and Kruskall Wallis T-test were used with a significance level of 0.05. s a result of the statistical analysis, there is no significant difference in the level of job satisfaction for the selected variables (gender, marital status, education status, type of work, working time). Significant differences were found between job satisfaction scores according to the income levels (p <0.05). Job satisfaction level of male boxing coaches was found to be 67.12 ± 11.83 and for female boxing coaches it was found to be 68.09 ± 5.48. It was found that trainers having higher education levels have higher average job satisfaction scores also.Keywords: Boxing, Coach, Job Satisfaction
