In The Process All Framing Up, Making Up A Strategic Road Map And A Sample Of A National Football Team As A Model

Football teams are one of the most important association among sport organizations. Because of their economical, social and cultural structure, they begin to influence the society with their vision, mission values and polcy they believe in. In recent years Total Qualty Management applications aim to devolop and improve the the organizations. It also effect sport activities, especially football and football clubs, which are forced to change, develop, improve their structure and become a good organization. Healthy organizational behaviours among football teams will help to upgrade their image and prestige among world - and European football teams. Being a world team needs to reach consistent successes, to have realistic, specifics aims, to apply all these facts. Planning strategic maps which one of the Total Quality applications, will help our vfootball teams to set up right vision, mission and values.This research includes the strategic map, study of National football team all member of the team participate to this study to develop a strategic map which has began in 2002 and continued till 2004.
