In this research, it is aimed to examine the club image, identification levels and stadium service quality perceptions of football fans towards their teams. Research groups are constituted from the sports clubs in Turkey; Kayserispor, Antalyaspor and Göztepespor. The sample of the study consists of 259 women and 526 men, totally 785 football fans determined by convenience sampling method, which is one of the non-random sampling methods. Face-to-face questionnaire collection method is used as a data collection tool, which consists of four parts. In the first part, "Club Image Scale" which was developed by Jung (2012) and adapted to Turkish by Sönmezoğlu, Çoknaz and Polat (2016), in the second part, "Sports Supporter Identification Scale" which was developed by Wann and Branscombe (1993) and adapted into Turkish by Günay and Tiryaki (2003), in the third part, "Stadium Service Quality" which was developed by Gençer (2005) and in the fourth section ‘’Personal Information Form’’ are taken place in the research. The data obtained in the study were analyzed through the SPSS program. When the research findings are evaluated, it is seen that there is a low and moderate positive and negative relationship between the level of fan identification, club image and perceived service quality scale in stadiums, physical environment quality, interaction quality and basic service quality sub-dimensions. In general, looking at the research findings, it can be said that as the level of fan identification of fans increases, the importance that fans attach to the image of the club, the quality of the physical environment, the quality of interaction and the quality of basic services increases.
