Sports have become an important competitive field in economic, cultural and political areas among countries.This rivalry has created friendships among the citizens of countries while on the other hand it has resulted in conflict and competition between people and countries. Istanbul Provincial Youth Services and Sports staff have and important role in the management and orientation of sports world in our country. The employees of the Provincial Directorate need to have the satisfaction of duty they perform in fulfilling this responsibility. To be efficient during the work, the personnel should also need to have a number of features to be included in itself.One of the most important of those features is problem solving skill at the social ability level. The research intends to identify the social skills level, job satisfaction and problem solving skills of the staff working in the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Youth Services and Sports center. I aim at contributing to the authorities in implementing the needed changes by putting out the current status of the staff woring in the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Youth Services and Sports.
