After examining the sports systems and the sports structure of American universities, it was concluded that there are two separate sports structures for the students participating in recreational activities and the licensed athletes competing in university leagues. Education departments have been establishing certificate programs other than student training. As a result, it is seen that overseas universities have been setting up facilities for their students to do recreational activities. These universities are establishing facilities and departments for the recreational activities.
