2019-2020 Season Handball Women’s Competition Analysis of Teams in the 2nd League

The purpose of this research is to analyze the competitions of the teams playing in the 2019-2020 Season Handball Women 2nd League A Group and to determine the factors that affect the match results of the teams. The screening research model was used as a quantitative research method. The data in the research are obtained by examining the matches played by the Turkey Handball Women’s 2nd League A group with video camera method. The matches examined within the scope of the research were transformed into raw data using the paper and pencil method. In the research, the independent t test was used to determine the difference between positive and negative parameters of winning and losing teams. According to the first half positive parameter result, it was determined that parameters of fast break, positive fast break, 6 m goal, positive shot, match score, and assisted defense differ statistically. According to the first half negative parameter result, it was determined that the outcome and negative shot parameters differed statistically. According to the second half positive parameter result, it was determined that the parameters of 6m goal, 1v1 positive from defense and defensive blocks differed statistically. According to the second half negative parameter result, it was determined that the parameters of runaway 7 m, passing error, defensive goalkeeper birebir negative and negative shot parameters were statistically different. According to the positive parameter result, it was determined that parameters of fast attack, positive fast break, 6m goal, defense block, match score, and assisted defense differed statistically. According to the negative parameter result at the end of the match, it has been determined that the parameters of 7 meters away, 1v1 negative and negative shot parameters from defending goalkeeper are statistically different.
