In order to evaluate the sport performance correctly, the athlete must first be observed in the competition environment. In this context, the aim of the study is to develop a scale that can be evaluated with all dimensions of sporting performance for taekwondo specifically and to prove its validity and reliability. For this purpose, the theoretical methodology of the research was decided upon as a result of the evaluation of the relevant literature and expert opinions. The scale was carried out with the voluntary participation of 97 men and women from various provinces of Turkey, athletes, coaches and referees. Since the study participants were also field experts, their opinions and opinions were applied to ensure the validity of the scope and 87.3% shared opinions were obtained. Clarifying and validating factor analyses were performed for structure validity. In this context, load values were found to be between 0.612 and 0.858 levels. Two factors of 8 and 5 were formed at the end of the explanatory factor analysis. As a result of confirmatory factor analysis, it was determined that the attuned goodness indices were acceptable. The results of the dissociation validity of the scale showed that there was a positive and moderate to moderate relationship between the factors. The analysis concluded that the Ölmez & Yüksek Taekwondo Kyorugi Performance Scale (KPÖ) is a valid and reliable measurement tool.
