Investigation Of Different Warm Up Protocols İn Terms Of The Accuracy Of Performance İn Table Tennis Sports

This research has been carried out to present an analysis of the relationship of the static stretching and dynamic warm-up exercise with accuracy performance in the table tennis sport.
There were 39 male participants (with an average age of 10,46 ± ,505 years, an average body height of 139,82 ± 6,23 cm and an average weight of 35,71 ± 4,32 kg). Each assigned group did 3 different warm up routines on certain days of the week. The warm up protocols consisted of 10 minutes of warm up running, 5 minutes of walking, 16 static stretchings whose repetition and duration changed according to the pattern of the warm up (Static Stretching Group); 10 minutes of warm up running, 5 minutes of walking and 10 dynamic type exercises done with two repetitions for 13 m. (Dynamic Running Group), and lastly just 10 minutes of warm up running and 5 minutes of walking (Control Group). Research groups were subject to the Target Service Test and Alternate Counter Test in the beginning and end of 8 weeks. In this research, the group that did not do any warm up was designed as the control group; and the other warm up protocols as the experimental group. In order to find the weight figures before and after the exercises, the Wilcoxon signed ranks test was employed, and according to the exercise types, the results of the performance test were found through One-Way Anova test.
It was found that there was a difference between the weight figures before and after the participants took part in the table tennis ability test (Z= 3,75 p<,05) and there was limited significance in evidence for the dynamic running group in the Target Service Test (backhand) application (p<0.05).
According to the findings of this research, while the accuracy performance of the control group and static strectching group cannot be mentioned, it can be noted that the dynamic warm up running that belongs to the dynamic running group affected the backhand service accuracy performance in the table tennis game in a positive way.
